MT. CARMEL, BANSALAN, DAVAO DEL SUR
This is Mt. Carmel, Bansalan in Davao Del Sur. This is where Mt. Carmel Development Academy is located. They had their commencement and recognition day, and my husband was invited to speak in the occasion.
We stayed here overnight ... we were shown to different ministries they had (still have, i pray) there. i love the place .. one of our dreams of having a sort of camping and prophets' chambers site was refreshed during this time. Suddenly, we ended up asking lots' prices there... how much it is per square meter... suddenly we thought of having a property there to put up a ministry like this... BUT, God had another plan!
We loved Davao! Thank You, God, for putting vision and dreams with just being in a place.
Thank You, God, for this awesome Davao experience!
DAVAO CITY
My husband and i went to Davao upon the invitation of Dr. Laquihon. My husband was invited to speak in their school (Mt. Carmel Academy) in time with their Commencement Exercise.
We were picked up from the airport and toured around Davao City.

Playground in Eden's Nature Park
Crocodile Farm, actually it was like a mini zoo...
Eden's Nature Park Garden.. i love this boungavilla plant - it was trimmed and shaped just like an umbrella.
This is Jack's Ridge where Mr. Laquihon's son treated us for wonderful lunch; ie inihaw na panga and other sea food.. yummy!
The rest of the pictures were taken from Eden's Nature Park.
These pictures were taken way back 2008, March at Puerto Galera, Mindoro; of course Philippines. There are beautiful beaches there like the ones below... We stayed at Nirvana Hotel (though we stayed there only to sleep). The rest of the getaway was spent in 'gala'. We went to see the Tamaraw Falls.. and witnessed the vast resources we have in Puerto Galera... mountains and trees... on our way to a private beach (they said)... don't know the name. We went snorkeling also... especially the boys and the kids. There were lots of beautiful views in Puerto Galera. You'll like this place especially if you love oceans and seas.
Pictures of rocks brought into pieces by the waves of the sea ...
The Tamaraw Falls...
Nirvana Hotel Swimming Pool...
We had our Holy Week vacation here in Puerto Galera with the Sapitan Family... it was fun! We got there by a long drive from Cavite to Batangas City Port...
Upon arrival in Batangas pier, we went to Terminal 3 (for outrigger ferries) or Terminal 2 (for RORO ferry) and find the ticket booths of the ferries going to Puerto Galera.
We were picked up by a long jeepney - service from the hotel... - the hotel was not so impressive though. Thank God that we had this, at least, knowing how hard it was to book on Holy week times.
God, we are so blessed being here and letting us see the awesome creatures You have for us to appreciate and enjoy. Thank YOU for this gift! March 2008
